By using this website, registering an account, or booking an appointment with Nail Store by Nailicious ("we", "us", "the studio"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Appointments

• All appointments must be booked online through this website.
• A 25% advance payment via JazzCash is required to confirm your slot.
• Your booking is only confirmed once the studio owner has reviewed your payment screenshot and changed the status to "Confirmed".
• We reserve the right to reject any booking if the advance payment cannot be verified.
• Only one appointment per customer may be booked at a time for the same date and time slot.

2. Advance Payment

• The advance is deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment.
• If you cancel, the advance is forfeited — it cannot be transferred or credited to another booking.
• Payment must be made via JazzCash to the registered studio number only. We are not responsible for payments made to incorrect numbers.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your appointment from your customer dashboard at any time before the appointment date.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are still subject to advance forfeiture.
• The studio may cancel your appointment in exceptional circumstances (illness, emergency). In this case, you will be contacted via WhatsApp to reschedule.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account restriction.

4. Rescheduling

To reschedule, cancel your current appointment from the dashboard and book a new slot. The original advance payment is not carried forward — a new advance is required for the rescheduled booking. We recommend rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of service charges.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price you pay.
• The balance (total minus advance) is due in cash at the studio on the day of your appointment.

6. Conduct at the Studio

• Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being cancelled.
• The studio is a private, appointment-only space. Please do not bring additional guests without prior arrangement.
• Respectful conduct toward the artist is required at all times.

7. Services & Results

We strive for exceptional results, but nail services depend on the natural condition of your nails. We are not liable for results affected by:

• Pre-existing nail damage, breakage, or medical conditions
• Client care (picking, peeling, or improper removal at home)
• Failure to follow after-care instructions

8. Photographs & Social Media

We may photograph your completed nail set for use on our social media profiles (@nailicious). Please inform us before your appointment if you do not wish to be featured. By not objecting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to post the images.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nail Store by Nailicious shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific appointment in question.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
